Description:

We are excited to announce that our new Beneteau 35 is now available for charter! Voted ‘Best Mid-Size Cruiser’ in the 2015 Cruising World Boat of the Year awards, the Oceanis 35 is ideal for a small family or couple for cruising the BVI.

In terms of sail handling, all the essentials for easy sailing are provided. The primary sheet winches are positioned conveniently close to the helm stations and the mainsheet arch helps to keep both the mainsheet and the boom out of harms way during a jibe. The broad transom – the boat’s generous 3.7m beam is carried almost right aft – helps to create a very spacious cockpit layout that gives ample space for relaxing while in port or at anchor. This is amplified still further when the folding bathing platform is deployed. There’s a good view forward from the twin wheels, with the luff of the jib in easy sight when sailing to windward.

Below decks, large overhead hatches and the four huge hull-side windows establish a bright, airy atmosphere throughout the open plan interior of the Oceanis 35. The interior decor is a light-toned wood trim styled by Nauta, fabric-covered panels predominating. The floor plan is an open-living design, combining the main saloon with the forward cabin. Please note that there is no bulkead in place between the forward cabin & saloon. With 6’3″ of headroom in the galley and main saloon, she is comfortable for even the tallest of sailors. The head has a modern styled vanity with sink, shower and quiet flush electric toilet. The aft cabin is spacious and airy. A unique feature is a storeroom on the starboard aft side that can also be accessed through the cockpit locker.
